[Walking Tour] Hannam-dong Galleries
For the second season of the Small Art Talk series, I took some months to rethink a more effective format to introduce Seoul’s Art scene. The answer was suddenly clear: walking tours.
Join me on the recently created YouTube Channel to discover from walking tours to exhibitions and art events in Seoul.
This week, let’s walk around Hannam-dong, the art hub in Seoul.
The first tour introduces a visit to three solo exhibitions, including the LA-based artist Lari Pittman's “Opaque, Translucent and Luminous“ at Lehmann Maupin, the London-based artists Yulia Iosilzon and Shinuk Suh presenting “Nocturnal” and “Playthings” respectively at Foundry Seoul. This first tour ends with a visit to the latest exhibitions now on view at Pace Gallery: “Bending Light II“ and “Seen and Unseen“ by Mary Corse.
I would appreciate it immensely if you can have a look, leave your feedback, and... Like, subscribe and turn on notifications.
